In my first class for this Summer, I had the chance to look at a very critical topic related to feminist theory and that is the definition of feminism. All the class members are women and I hoped there is a man so as to see the other side of the coin. Also, I keep asking myself why there are no or just few men in these feminist or women's studies classes? May be this is another reason to ask ourselves what is the definition of feminism? Is is an issue that relates only to women? if so, what we call those men who write about feminism or women's issues? There are many questions in mind that need some responses not only from women, but also from men.
I also ask myself if I am a feminist and what constitute feminist or feminism activists? Is feminism working and campaigning for the sake of women? or can I be a feminist while I am just working from inside my office?
I beleive that in order to gain power in the battle of feminism and to acheive what is in the benefit of women we should not consider men as our enemeis. On the contrary, we must work hard to have them working in our side and to push hard with us so as to change the society and to gain women's equality.

C2IA is a community network service against scamers and internet swinglers in our global networking service.We are out to eradicate the use of fake identity users to unscruplously default / estract money from users around our global community of mix exchange.

C2IA ( Cameroon Central Intelligence Agency ) Project has as mission to sensitize our community and administration against the rampant treats of Cameroon being a scamming / swindler village and the dishonest face she represents to the global village. Through the services of C2IA, we shall ensure and work with other organization to secure Cameroon and her community on global developments. C2IA shall stand as a shield to swindlers on the internet as a global community.

Together with the International association of Fight AgainstSwindlers on Internet(IAFASI), JIN Foundation works in collaboration with her in realising her vision for our community. The specific fields of intervention of IAFASI in collaboration with JIN Foundation are:-

- To establish and develop between its members the bonds of solidarity and mutual aid.

- To create an international network of information, control and ambush to catch the swindlers on Internet.
- To inform secondary schools, high schools, colleges and universities by posters and correspondences on the doubtful websites as soon as there is information about them
- To be if possible a driving belt between the best websites and the target people.

Regarding these information’s and future realisations, JIN Foundation wishes to collaborate with your bureau in respect of information and communication relay in respect to swindlers and scammers in our community.

CONSTITUTION AND ARTICLE OF ASSOCIATION.

CONSTITUTION.

PREAMBLE:-

We the community dwellers of Kumba in the South – west province and beyond the global society, residing within and out of the Republic of Cameroon do hereby create an apolitical, non-governmental organisation with objective to fight against poverty and corruption.

Created since 2001 and registered in Buea under the provincial registra of common initiative groups and cooperative societies with certificate no. No. SW / GP / 03 / 27 / 3380 of the 05th March 2003.
This certificate goes in compliance with Law No. 92 / 006 of the 14th August 1992 relating to the creation of a common initiative groups and cooperative societies and with decree No. 92 / 455 / PM of 23rd of November 1992, in application of this decree.

Intro :-

Found under the ampit of Africa, Cameroon stands as the most diverse culturall heritage in Africa and the global community.In the South west province of Cameroon in the Meme – division lies the town of Kumba. Kumba stays a mix cultural values of Cameroonian and her neighbouring Nigerian brother. Found in the City of Kumba is situated JINF.

Today ! in the City of Kumba, because of Poverty and corruption, this town full of Diverse World resourses lives in total abandone. Adults and youths have no distinction of personality since everyone hopes on the immidiate. Here the community does things as they are seen. PART ONE

NAME, HEADQUARTERS, OBJECTIVES, AREA OF JURICDITION, MEMBERSHIP.

01) Sect. I :- Name

The name for this apolitical and non - governmental association shall be JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION, hereafter referred to as the J.I.N. F.

01) Sect. II :- Headquarters

The headquarters' of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION shall be in Buea road - Kumba.
Until such time that she shall have its own structure then shall she then have a potential arena for meetings. She could also create local branch offices in her global community of diverse worlds and rotational office meetings in accordance to the hosting by members of the said association.

JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION is an apolitical, non – profitable, non – governmental organisation with objectives to fight againt poverty and corruption in her community of diverse world resources.

The objectives of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION is to alleviate poverty in her community of diverse worlds on the following aspects :-

Education and career orientation.
Youth’s empowerment.
Culture on diverse world.
Sports and her undisclosed values.
Agriculture and advance technology.
Tourism and her diverse resources.
Human empowerment on virtual diverse worlds of networking.
Health and sensitisation campaigns.
Enviromental protection.
Communication and technological advancements.
Grass Root and Rural Finance.

01) Sect. IV:- Membership

The membership of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION shall be open to all persons / children, regardless of their cultural heritage. Diverse World of Diverse Values.

· Shall be open to persons with (of) proven integrity and good conduct.
· Shall be open to persons with both sex of at least 23 yrs of age for adults / 12 yrs for youths.
· Shall be open to governments, non - governmental and partner organizations with common objectives and missions and to realise their diverse world passion of visions.
· Shall be open to whom that respects the rural financial obligations of JINF.
· Shall be open to affiliation with partners and organization towards common goals.
· Shall be ready to accept the objectives of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION and accept to scrupulously comply to this constitution and the article of association guiding JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION, Cameroon.
· Shall be ready to perpetuate the socio-cultural values of the JIN (Joint Initiative Non-profitable) FOUNDATION on the global community.

01) Sect. V:- Area of jurisdiction.

The area of jurisdiction of the JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION shall be within her community and beyond the world as a global village of diverse values. With the use of the internet today as a catalysing tool for development, our jurisdiction goes beyond diverse world of global communities.

PART TWO

ORGANISATION OF JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION

JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION shall be made up strictly one body. This body shall consist of the general assembly and the executive committee as her two main organs. However, eventualities shall give birth to ad-hoc committees for activities and events regarding the said association / foundation and its members.
These ad hoc committees shall present their reports as to the call of the general assembly, in accordance with the executive committee as to their creation and functioning of activities.

02) Sect. I:- The General Assembly.

The general assembly shall be a well dedicated organ of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION, based on the constitutional principles that govern her and her activities of membership.

· It shall comprise all members, affiliated / honorary / active and non-active members.
· It shall be the supreme organ of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION
· It shall preside on all matters arising from and for the M.-B. Foundation either within the affiliated , honorary, active and non-active members.
· It shall have a yearly convention in her mother community ( Mbo-Barombi ) where all members are expected to attend. Activities shall include the presentation of our socio - cultural heritages’.
· It shall meet once or twice monthly depending on the schedule of the local community to co-exist with other member association and affiliated partners as collaborators.

· Shall have a distinction of membership according to signatury, comprising of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

· It shall host extraordinary meetings at the request or motion of two third of its entire members present at a decision meeting.
· It shall define and setup long and short term visions for the said association JINF.
· Elections shall be precided over by the general assembly of JINF, creating adhoc committees.
· The general assembly shall include an executive committee / commission which shall comprise of :- The chair executive officer / the delegate, the vice chair executive officer / the vice delegate, the secretary general, the financial secretary, the treasurer, the social secretary /disciplinarian, and the honorary / lead members of adhoc commissions.

02) Sect. II:- The Executive Bureau.

The executive committee which shall be voted for an office term of two years respectively will have as responsibility to govern JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION and her activities. They

· Shall present annual reports to the general assembly as to the running of the said association, JINF.
· The executive committee shall be elected in accordance to the principles laid down in the article of association of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION to govern her.
· Shall be the representative of the JINF, perpetuating the diverse values of her community and the global village.
· Shall protect / defend the interest of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION whenever or wherever concerned.
· Shall be the governing organ of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION and her activities of events in her community and the global village.
· Shall be responsiable of the creation and runnings of the various adhoc committees on diverse world of values.
· Shall seek for reports from the various adhoc committees for audits and resentation to the general assembly.
· Shall develope, present and execute micro and macro projects for JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION.
· Shall be the authority towards members of her community in respect to the laws and obligation binding our community and beyond.

PART THREE
FINANCE AND SOCIAL

03) Sect. I:- Finance

With the introduction of Grass Root Savings and Loans by JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION, it shall create a platform for mix rural finance on a global community of diverse worlds. . Financial resources for JINF shall be derived either from

The adherence fees. ( Bronze membership )
The trust fund. ( Silver membership )
GrassRootSavings&Loans fund. ( Gold membership )
the investment fund. ( Platinum membership )
Interest from income generating activities. ( Ad - hoc committees )
Grants / donations.
Supports / sponsorship,
Partnership.
Organisation of events and activities.
Legacies and other…

03) Sect. II:- Socials

Solidarity amongst co-members is an exeptional inquist of sucesse towards capacity building and the development of our community. JINF has as priority to create coexistance amongst members of her global community, to end poverty before 2015.
Social assistance shall be offered to members of JINF as laid down in the article of association of the said association.Our insurance policy scheme shall be beneficial to members during moments including :- Sickness, Marriage, Birth, Insurance, Sendoff, eventualities and death.

PART FOUR
AMENDMENTS AND DISSOLUTIONS

04) Sect. I:-
The amendments and dissolutions of JINF ( Joint Initiative non-profitable Foundation ) shall depend strictly on the general assembly which will agree on the terms of vote as to any change in either the constitution or the article of association. All members of JINF shall maintain acquired rights / obligations adapted to them as to the present situation of the body.

To be inserted below with approved signatures and dates of amendments and dissolution by the general assembly.

THIS CONSTITUTION HAS BEEN ADOPTED THIS DAY AND AN ATTENDANCE REGISTER OBTAINED, TO BE USED WHEN NEED ARISES.

Joint Initiative Non – profitable Foundation.

ARTICLE OF ASSOCIATION.

INTRODUCTION:-

The present article of association shall precise the interpretation of the constitution and define the functioning of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION and it’s activities. Not withstanding, collaborations with other affiliated partners and organizations shall be considered for the realization of her objectives.

The interpretation and functioning of this body / association ( JINF ) stands in compliance with law No. 92 / 006 of the 14th august 1992, stating the creation of associations with common initiatives and cooperative societies in our community. With decree No. 92 / 455 / PM of the 23rd of November 1992, it provides the application and functioning of JINF in Cameroon and the global village of networks.

PART ONE
NAME, HEADQUARTERS,OBJECTIVE,AREA OF JURISDICTION,MEMBERSHIP.

Art. I:- Name

The name of this association shall be called JINF, hereafter known to as Joint Initiative Non-profitable Foundation.

Art. II a: - Headquarters’

The headquarters of this association/foundation shall be in Buea road, Kumba. In content, the headquarters of JINF is found in the Meme division, in the South-west province of The Republic of Cameroon. Other ad-hoc / branch offices shall be created in respect of future representation in our community and the global village.

Art. II b: - Intro

The City of Kumba stands as a cornerstone of diverse directions towards an emerging community of our society and the global village. With diverse paths of resourses that lies accordingly on directions concerning our community, JINF stands as an orgnisation for opportunity realisations of micro and macro projects for development. With the possibilities of recreational values, JINF has as mission to eradicate poverty in her community before 2015 and as vision to empower youths and humans.

Art. III: - Objective

The objective of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION, shall be defined otherwise. Visions and Missions.

The vision of JINF is to jointly use the internet as a catalysing tool for developmet of our community towards a networking village of the global world of communitties.

The mission of JINF is to fight against poverty through volunteer services and the implementation of micro and macro projects for the benefit of the communities and the global world of diverse values.

Education and career orientation.
Youth’s empowerment through the ‘YouVol’ project whereby youths shall volunteer while striving to gain knowledge for the development of our community
Culture on diverse world with the ‘MeusRoom’ project, whereby youths and humans will have a platform of cultural exchange with diverse values.
Sports and her undisclosed values.
Agriculture and advance technology with the ‘Greeen Cameroon’ project on local enriching products including palm oil, cocoa, bush mango, oranges, maize etc...
Tourism and her diverse resources with a path finding team on touristy values of our society.
Human empowerment on virtual diverse worlds of networking.
Health and sensitization campaigns on HIV / STI / TB / Malaria and other diseases including socio – cultural malice affecting our community.
Environmental protection.
Communication and technological advancements.
Grass Root and Rural Finance.
Wild life and forest conservation.
Volunteering and Internship.

JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION will stand as an emerging community of associations for the development of her diverse values.

The interest of JINF shall be to serve our community as a catalyst of technological learning and applications through charitable undertakings in other to empowerment humans of our society.

Art IV: - Area of Jurisdiction

The area of jurisdiction of JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION shall be our community in the Meme division, Cameroon and the global village of virtual worlds.

Art V: - Membership

i:- Membership adherence.

Conditions for membership has been laid down in part one of section iv of the constitution for JIN ( Joint Initiative Non-profitable ) FOUNDATION. However, objections to the admission of an applicant shall be approved by at least two third of the general assembly, attended by at least four fifth of its actual members. Membership shall be classified on four levels i.e. Platinum, Gold, silver and Bronze members.

Adherence fee for Bronze membership:- 25. 00 USD / 12. 500 frs. cfa including a grassroots insurance policy and a grassroots savings account worth 3.00 USD / 2.500 frs. cfa.

Adherence fee for Silver membership:- 50. 00 USD / 25.000 frs. cfa. including an grassroots insurance policy, a grassroots savings and loans account worth 10. 00 USD / 5.000 frs. cfa.

Adherence fee for Gold membership:- 100.00 USD / 50. 000 USD frs. cfa. including a construction account, a grassroots insurance policy and a grassroots savings and loans e-pay account.

Adherence fee for Platinum membership:- 25. 00 USD / 13. 750 frs. cfa. per 01 to 03 investment shares; 23.00 USD / 11. 500 frs. cfa. per 03 to 10 investment shares; 20. 00 USD / 10.000 frs. cfa. per 10 to 100 and more investment shares.

Applicants into JINF shall enjoy temporal membership ( with all rights and obligations ) for three consecutive general assemblies before confirmation.
To become a wise/honorary member of this said association, he/she must have attended at least three conventions of JINF that usually takes place in Balengou in partnership with the Mbeutchoutang Foundation.

ii:- Membership expulsion/ loss .

Ø Membership shall as well be lost by she/he that pronounces ungentlemanly behaviors;
Ø When a member dies
Ø When He/She must have been identified as a financial defaulter and is brought forth the general assembly by the financial bureau.
Ø Lost when a member resigns from the association / JINF.

iii :- Membership reinstatement

Reinstatement of a member shall be approved when
He / she reapply as a new member and fulfills the same engagements as any newly admitted members.
If he / she was financial defaulters, the member shall engage him/her self to all financial damages incurred.
He / She shall not receive any policy schemes if having benefited from.
Members will never be reinstated if found guilty of any ungentlemanly and otherwise behaviors.

PART TWO

ORGANISATION, POWER, FUNCTION OF OFFICIALS.

Art. VI :- ORGANISATION:-

The organisation of JINF ( Joint Initiative Non- profitable Foundation ) shall be governed by the general assembly and the executive committee. The general assembly stands as the main organ to the association, including the executive bureau and the foundation members.

Art. VI a.) :- The General Assembly.

Ø The general assembly shall comprise of all members of JINF ( Joint Initiative Non- profitable Foundation ).
Ø Shall take decisions for JINF towards activities in her community of Diverse Worlds and values.
Ø Shall validate act (s), action (s) decision (s) and sanction (s) taken by the executive committee (ex-co ) and other intended ad- hoc committees.
Ø Shall be the power organ of this association, JINF.

Art. VI b.) :- The Executive Committee.

The executive committee shall comprise the Chair Executive Officer / delegate, the vice Chair Executive Officer / Delegate, the secretary general, the treasurer, the financial secretary, the wise men and the disciplinarian.

Ø They shall study and execute decisions for the general assembly as the main organ of JINF
Ø They shall meet to program activities and events of the general assembly, at the request of the delegate / CEO ( Chair Executive Officer ) when need arises.
Ø They shall have a for meeting before any gathering of the general assembly, to discuss and plan on the agenda of activities towards her objectives.
Ø They shall prepare and present reports on activities for JINF
Ø They shall endorse donations and others for the realization of activities including micro and macro projects of the JINF.

SENSI CAMP is the vast campaign of HIV / STI and other diseases in our community. ‘Sensi Camp’ realizations holds on the use of youths of our community towards the eradication of this malice for our society through sensitization campaigns and other related issues towards the drive of infection diseases as a backlash towards community development.

With ‘sensi camp’, our mission is to

Eradicate HIV / STI from our community through the ABC method. This method consists of Abstinence, Be-faithful and Condom-use.

Sensitize youths and humans on the impact of sexually transmitted disease and their backlash to our community development.

Sensitize youths on unwanted pregnancy and juvenile delinquency etc...
